If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please return the artwork within 14 days for a full refund. Please where possible use the existing packaging. If this isn’t possible please do the best you can to ensure the artwork is safe. Tallantyre will organise the return courier. Products cannot be returned once assembled/part assembled, unless in compliance with your statutory rights.
Any damages must be reported within three days of receipt of the goods, please repackage the artwork as best you can in the original packaging. Once goods are received back with us a full refund will be made.
For Products purchased via Ecommerce, we ask that you exercise reasonable care whilst examining the products by not assembling where possible.
For international shipping the customer will be responsible for shipping the return and associated costs.
Once received, these Products cannot be cancelled unless confirmed defective by a Tallantyre Ltd. appointed inspector, or in compliance with your statutory rights.
DEFECT AND DAMAGE
On delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect and report to Customer Services* any visible damage/defect to the Products and to your property. Do not leave products wrapped and unchecked. All visible damage should be reported within a reasonable timeframe, we consider this to be within 3 days of delivery .If you believe our Products are of an unsatisfactory quality, please contact Customer Services* as soon as reasonably possible and treat the Product with care while your claim is being investigated.
